The booking site names soft blondes, balayage and dimensional color as the studio's specialty, and most of the menu is built around lightening and color.

Visits are booked online from a list grouped by service type, with a set price and an approximate appointment length for each item. General consultations are free, and extension consultations, also free, cover color matching, ordering and planning before any install.

Color options include custom blonding and balayage, full and partial highlights, express face-frame highlights, root and gray coverage, fashion shades, on-scalp lightener and color correction, which requires a consultation and a deposit first. Gloss and toner, shampoo and blow dry are included in the custom blonding and full highlight prices. Gray coverage, lowlights and root smudging are not part of custom balayage and are booked separately.

The studio is open Thursday from 1 to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call/no-shows may be charged the full service to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lightening and dimensional color form the core of the work, with bond protection offered as an add-on during lightening and color correction.
