Every service includes a blow-out. Haircuts are often done on dry hair, which the salon says makes it easier to see how the cut will frame the face. New guests can book a face-shape analysis version of the precision cut, and their visit starts with a 15-minute consultation about hair history, products in use, daily routine and lifestyle.

Bridal work covers hair styling for the wedding day, with pricing set after a consultation and available in the salon or on location. On-location service is offered within Rhode Island and in parts of Massachusetts and Connecticut, with a minimum of $400 for the day or $500 on a Sunday, plus a travel fee that may apply. Hair and make-up trials are required for every bride, a $250 non-refundable deposit reserves the wedding date, and a service agreement sets out services, pricing and timing. The person who signs that agreement is responsible for the whole party. Up-styles and curls are done on dry hair and do not include a shampoo and blow-dry. Bridal prices can change with hair length, extra time or styling changes made on the day.
