Brides and bridal parties are the core of the work, and the business also takes bookings for event glam outside of weddings.

Services come to the client. Bridal work is provided at the bride's home, a hotel or the venue, and begins with luxury skin prep, a soothing face mask and a massage before the makeup goes on. Each look is tailored to the bride and to every member of her party. Reviews the business shares on its homepage describe the makeup as flawless and long-lasting.

Four bridal packages are offered. V.I.B., the solo package at $925, includes a bridal preview, glam for the rehearsal dinner, wedding day glam, full on-location setup, a personalized wedding day timeline, a touch-up kit and Rhode Island and Massachusetts travel. The Bridal Edit ($1,475) covers the bride and up to four additional party members, with a bridal preview, wedding day glam, on-location setup, a timeline and a touch-up kit for the bride. The Bridal Society ($2,205) covers the bride and up to six others and adds an additional seasoned bridal makeup artist. The Bridal Affair ($2,375) suits a bride who wants her party with her from the start of the wedding morning, covers up to eight others, and also includes an additional seasoned bridal makeup artist.

Rhode Island and Massachusetts travel is included in listed bridal prices, while services elsewhere carry a travel fee based on location and are provided in a custom quote. Parties of any size can be accommodated, and smaller, in-between or customized services can be quoted from an inquiry. Parties of more than six need an additional professional makeup artist, and extended touch-up time before or after the ceremony is available for an additional fee. Earlier appointments and group events are arranged by email or text. Bridal inquiries are answered within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.

Booking requires a $35 non-refundable, nontransferable deposit, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of service by card on file or cash. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee applies, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation depending on the schedule. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, and rescheduling to another day requires a new deposit. Extra guests and children should attend only if they are also receiving services, though minors receiving services may be accompanied by an adult.

Each look is customized for the bride and every party member, aiming for makeup that holds up on camera and through the day.
