Each service is adjusted to the individual's hair goals. Transformative Color and Color Correction both require a consultation before booking, and K-Tip extension pricing is set at that consultation, which includes a blending haircut. Event Styling and Updo are offered for formal occasions, with wash and blow dry booked separately.

The salon uses Davines haircare and styling products. The salon describes Davines, a brand founded in 1983 in Parma, Italy, as built on an innovative, research-based approach to hair care.

Clients should keep a credit card on file to secure appointments. The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows without notice are charged the full cost, which must be settled before future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened or rescheduled. The cancellation fee may be waived at the salon's discretion for genuine emergencies, and clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show more than twice may be asked for a deposit to book.
