Brow work ranges from a short precision sculpt, which combines waxing and tweezing and is shaped to each client's face, to longer treatments: a custom-tinted brow, lamination that realigns brow hairs, and a powder ombre brow service. Returning clients whose brows were done at the studio can book a yearly refresh, and clients who have permanent makeup from another artist can ask about a correction or refinement.
Lash services centre on the Korean Lash Lift, a keratin-infused lift for natural lashes, with a version that adds tint. Waxing covers the upper lip, the lip and brow together, underarms, arms, the bikini line, Brazilian, back and legs. Prepaid Brazilian packages of three, six or twelve waxes bring the per-wax price down, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.
Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. New clients pay a deposit for most services, ranging from $10 to $50 depending on the service. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment forfeits the deposit and requires a new one to rebook, and a no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit and blocks future booking. Last-minute cancellations can be approved through Instagram direct message or by phone. Refunds are not given on services or deposits. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
Brow shaping is customized to each client's face, and the business says its lamination and lash lift results last for weeks without maintenance.
