The menu is organized into braids, children's styles and other styles. Braid work includes knotless braids with beads, boho knotless braids, individual braids, stitch braids, men's braids, Fulani boho braids and ombre braided ponytails. Children's styles are offered for ages 6 to 12. Other styles cover relaxers, precision cuts, cut and color, highlights and layers, silk press, leave-out sew-ins, feed-in and sleek ponytails, free-style ponytails and top knot buns.

Visits are one-on-one, since no additional people are allowed during services for safety reasons. Clients who want the service at another location can request travel, which carries a $50 fee. Hair is supplied for knotted ponytails and all braiding, and color for supplied hair is chosen at checkout. Service times are not approximate, so clients should leave extra time in their day, and the studio says it does not rush appointments.

Each service is adjusted to the individual client's hair, wants and needs, and appointments are not rushed.
