Most install work uses hair bought from the salon or reused bundles bought from the salon, and outside hair is used only when the salon approves it. Raw Melt glueless quickweaves use a cap and protective barrier with no adhesive touching natural hair. Microlinks add length and volume using small beads, without glue, heat or braids, and the salon suggests maintenance every two to four weeks, or every four to eight weeks for maintenance with tightening.

A consultation costs $35 and takes 30 minutes. It includes a scalp and hair assessment, recommendations for extensions or treatments, and a custom care plan. Clients arrive with natural hair out, without braids, wigs or extensions, and the fee can be applied to a service booked within 7 days. A $20 virtual consultation takes 15 minutes. Clients planning color must book an in-person consultation, and color transformations are priced after a consult based on hair history, condition and the desired result.

The Raw Silk Club is a monthly membership at $449 for up to four signature silk presses, and it includes priority booking. Existing members book through the services page and their benefits apply automatically at checkout. Silk Press Tuesdays are $100 and are offered only on Tuesdays. New clients need a $30 deposit for Silk Press Tuesdays and for clip-in extensions.

Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment are made by texting or calling the salon at 470-701-8456. A $25 late fee applies when a client arrives after 10 minutes, and appointments are canceled if arrival is more than 15 minutes late. A no-call, no-show is charged half the service price to the card on file, and if that charge fails the client must pay it along with a new deposit before rebooking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.

Services begin with a consultation that assesses the scalp and hair before a custom care plan is set, and install work is built around salon-sourced or approved raw hair.
