Each service takes place in one of the salon's private suites, and each suite has its own shampoo sink. Clients are not seen by other clients or stylists during their appointment and do not wait for a shared sink.

New clients need a hair extension consultation before booking hair replacement or hair restoration services.

The salon carries a salon-quality haircare line for natural hair, extensions, wigs, toppers and hair systems. It offers ready-to-wear and customizable wigs and toppers, along with non-surgical hair systems in lace front, thin skin front and custom builds. Clients can try on wigs, toppers, clip-in extensions, hair systems, toupees and clip-on ponytails in person before buying.

Hair system orders carry a 50% deposit, with the balance due at cut-in. Custom orders take about two to six months, while stock systems can come from the manufacturer in a few days. Cutting, coloring, base sizing and perming are included in the price of a hair system, and changes to color, cut, base or texture are free for one month after cut-in.

Focused on hair extensions and hair replacement as a specialty, rather than a general cut and color menu.

Private suites, each with its own shampoo sink, keep every service separate from other clients.
