The menu is broad. Massage options run from a 20-minute Swedish massage to an 80-minute Tocaloma Signature Massage that includes a hydrating hand treatment and scalp massage. Other massage styles include Therapeutic, Hot Stone using heated basalt stones, Maternity (a full-body massage for expectant mothers), and Reflexology combinations. Lomi lomi, cupping, Shirodhara, myofascial and cranial sacral massage are offered on request, so guests are asked to call for details.

Body treatments include the Tocaloma Full-Body Revitalizer, a 100-minute service with dry brushing, a seasonal mask, a warm body wrap and hand, foot and scalp massage. The Wine Down Wrap uses agave oil and a resveratrol serum, the Seaweed Body Wrap includes body brushing, and the Sedona Purification Body Wrap uses a mud made with Arizona desert minerals. The Desert Body Polish is a sugar cane and shea butter scrub.

Facials are organized around specific skin concerns. The Acne Clarifying Facial addresses acne, the Lighten & Brighten Facial addresses pigmentation without harsh chemicals, and the Restore Moisture Miracle Facial is an anti-aging hydrating treatment. The Tocaloma Signature Facial includes a peel, an anti-aging hand treatment and a decolletage treatment. A Customized Facial is built to the guest's needs and starts at $130. Facial enhancements such as NuFace Tone & Contour and the Blemish-Fighting Back Treatment can be added.

Nail and hair services are available alongside the spa menu. Manicures and pedicures range from a $35 manicure to the Tocaloma Deluxe Pedicure at $125, which includes a foot soak, callus removal, paraffin, a 20-minute foot massage, polish and a glass of wine. Hair services cover cuts, shampoo and blow dry, color, highlights, balayage, ombre, up-dos and keratin treatment, which is offered by consultation. Children's salon services are for guests aged 12 and under and require a guardian present. Hair appointments are booked in advance, 72 hours ahead at minimum.

Treatments take place in quiet, private rooms. Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their first service, and lockers are provided. Phones are not permitted in the spa. Spa guests must be at least 18, while salon services have no age limit. A 20% gratuity is added to treatment prices at check-out, and packages include gratuity.

The spa describes its philosophy as full-service wellness, with treatments tailored to each guest.
