The salon is upstairs in a Scottsdale building, with parking on site and a front entrance; a back entrance with a blue awning is also used. Visits end with product knowledge and styling tips, and clients receive a goodie bag. Online booking requests must be approved, and an appointment is confirmed by a text notification. A credit card is needed to reserve a time. Changes need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee: a late cancellation or reschedule is charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full cost. The salon is accepting clients in Arizona only.
The salon describes its rental structure as offering the community and guidance of a commission salon while keeping stylists independent. Stylists can also receive business coaching, including 1:1 coaching and e-guides. A free 30-minute consultation call begins coaching, a one-hour 1:1 Pick My Brain call is $100, and stylist coaching packages start at $525. Coaching packages can be cancelled or skipped by month.
