A first visit opens with a consultation, where Cindy asks what has not worked with past cuts and what the client wants to change. Appointments are unhurried, with time set aside for each person. Afterward, clients get guidance on styling at home and written home-care notes, and each cut is planned to grow out cleanly for several weeks.

The signature service is The Tailored Ritual, a roughly two-and-a-half-hour visit that combines a Wella Shinefinity gloss, a conditioning treatment, a scalp massage, a steam eye mask, a precision cut, a blowout and styling. Lighter options include a blowout finished with soft waves, bouncy curls or a sleek look, and a trim for returning clients. An infrared and steam conditioning treatment can be added to a cut. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup for steam eye mask services.

Beyond cutting, the studio offers haircare and scalp health services for everyday concerns as well as more involved ones. Clients describe Cindy as skilled, creative, friendly and knowledgeable, and say she listens to their requests. One client reported moving from long hair to a short bob with her cuts.
