New clients book a 15-minute new client consultation first. A 30-minute color consultation for new clients also covers hair health, a strand and allergy test, which colors are achievable and what they cost. Clients not seen in the last six months also need a new client consultation before rebooking.

Relaxer services include virgin relaxers with styling, touch-up relaxers, and a halo relaxer applied only to the sides and back of short hair. Makeover options pair a relaxer or protein treatment with a cut or trim and style, and which one suits depends on when the last relaxer was done. Silk press is available on its own or as a bundle with protein treatment and a cut or trim, and the bundle is meant to be repeated about every eight weeks. Rod sets use perm or flexi rods, and the price can rise with hair length and thickness. Natural hair services include finger and comb coils for short hair and a keratin treatment for natural hair that lasts three to four months and does not chemically alter the hair. Color services range from demi-permanent color and root touch-ups to single process and dimensional color, along with blonde lightening for short hair and color correction for previously colored hair, priced according to the work.

Deposits are non-refundable and come off the total. An appointment can be moved once on the same deposit. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice; later or same-day cancellations are charged half the service, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service. A valid credit or debit card with available funds must be kept on file to book, and clients who do not honor that policy cannot book again. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and anyone running later must call or text to check whether the appointment can still happen. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sales. Children are not allowed.
