Sarah Ramos owns the salon and works there as owner and master stylist. The salon says its team is trained across all hair types and styles. The menu is grouped into haircuts and styling, barbering, color and texture, extensions and wigs, and treatments and waxing.

A visit usually begins with a conversation. The salon says it asks about each client's vision, hair texture and hair health, and listens before starting a service. Many services list both senior and junior stylist rates, and color consultations, extension consultations and up-do consultations are free. Vivid and fantasy color requires a consultation first, which can be done by phone or text.

Booking in advance is recommended, especially for color and extensions. Appointments can be made online or by calling or texting 973-930-8800, and Spanish is spoken at the salon. Early morning and late evening appointments are available on request, need booking at least two weeks ahead, and carry a $50 convenience fee. Hours are Sunday, Tuesday and Saturday mornings into afternoon, with Wednesday open until 7:30 PM, Thursday and Friday afternoons, and the salon is closed on Mondays.

Clients are asked to avoid large hoodies and turtlenecks and to remove large earrings before a service. Smocks are provided for color services, though the salon is not responsible for damage to personal clothing from color. Deposits may be required to secure an appointment, at the salon's discretion. Gift cards are not sold online, but gifts can be arranged by calling the salon.
