The medical spa is overseen by two doctors, including him, and works alongside nurse practitioner Stephanie Cooke. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and appointments and consultations can be requested online or by phone, or held virtually for many services.

Surgical cases are booked on three days a week, with the other two days set aside for office visits, and no operating day runs past seven hours of surgery. Each surgical patient starts with a dedicated one-hour consultation with Dr. Brown, followed by a pre-op visit with the nurse. Procedures take place at surgical facilities the practice says follow strict standards, and the same team, including technical and anesthesia staff, supports every case. Post-surgery visits are scheduled the day after surgery, at one and two weeks, at six weeks and at three months, with more as needed. Existing patients can reach the clinical team at any hour through a 24-hour call center.

The medical spa offers neurotoxin injections, including BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau, along with a range of dermal fillers, KYBELLA for fat under the chin, PDGF under-eye injections and fat grafting. Injectable appointments start with a consultation with Dr. Brown or the master injector to determine candidacy. The medical spa says its services are priced competitively for the Tampa area.

Results are described as natural-looking and conservative, and the practice notes that results are not guaranteed, may not be permanent and can vary from person to person. Financing is accepted through Cherry, CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit, and mommy makeover patients can also pay with cash or most major credit cards. The practice is affiliated with the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons and the Hillsborough County Medical Association. The practice says it was named a 2026 Tampa Magazine Top Docs winner.
