Most visits begin with a medical evaluation and baseline labs, which are taken before any treatment to judge whether it makes sense and at what dose. Physicians review hormones, metabolic markers and inflammation together, then retest with follow-up labs to measure change and guide adjustments. Every protocol is prescribed by a licensed physician, and prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies, including 503A and 503B pharmacies. Physicians only prescribe to patients located in Florida.

Hormone services include replacement therapy, with testosterone replacement, enclomiphene and hCG among the options after evaluation, along with clomiphene and enclomiphene therapy. Medical weight management plans start with an evaluation and may include prescription treatment, nutrition guidance and attention to muscle preservation. Physician-directed peptide protocols are offered for recovery, sleep, body composition, energy and libido, focus and immune support. Each one runs twelve weeks, with dosing and adjustments set by the physician and scheduled check-ins along the way.

Aesthetic work includes Botox Cosmetic and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid fillers, microneedling (also called collagen induction therapy), the VI Peel and a range of facials. Aesthetic plans begin with an assessment of each client's anatomy, skin and goals, aiming for natural-looking results, and include follow-up care so results can be adjusted and maintained over time.

Most treatments are paid for directly rather than through insurance, and the full cost is explained before anything begins. Payment plans are provided through Cherry, which sets the terms and eligibility. Cherry lists interest-bearing APRs as low as 5.99%, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility.
