Every visit starts with a free consultation of at least 15 minutes. It covers which method suits a client's texture, scalp and hair health, how to size the locs, what maintenance looks like and what the service will cost. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair in its natural state, without braids, twists or added extensions.

The loc menu covers starter locs, starting at $250 and taking at least 200 minutes. That service includes a deep cleanse, hot oil treatment and a custom foundation in two-strand twists or coils, plus a Starter Loc Guide. Microloc retie starts at $175, with price and time depending on how many weeks have passed since the last retie. Invisible locs on locs start at $250 and take at least 270 minutes for shoulder blade to mid-back lengths. Loc sprinkles, decorative beads and accents, start at $20 and can be added to any loc service.

Retwist packages range from The Detox Don Services at $40 (a detox wash, hot oil treatment, precision retwist and chosen style) to The Interlocking Retwist Service at $150, which takes 210 minutes and includes a clarifying shampoo, focused scalp care and precision interlocking. There is also a package for clients with 100 or more locs starting at $130, and a kids retwist starting at $100 for children, priced at $40 per hour with a baseline time for children aged 7 and under.

Color services include the Back to Black Color Treatment for black color only, starting at $50, for covering faded color or evening out to one black tone. The Full Head Color Package starts at $150 and includes a shampoo, hot oil treatment, comb retwist and a chosen style. Bridal consultations are free to start, take at least 60 minutes, and can be local for South Florida weddings or international for destination weddings. Clients are asked to review the Bridal Package Guide before booking. Payment is also flexible: Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
