The salon describes its setting as comforting and relaxing, with a more intimate, personalized feel. Visits begin with a consultation at no charge that runs about 15 minutes, which is used to plan the services a client wants.

Color and blonding are a major part of the menu. Options include partial and full balayage, face frame, mini partial, partial and full highlights, partial and full babylights, ombre and color melt, single process color, gloss and toner, root shadow, color balance from roots to ends, fashion colors, and bleach and tone, which is offered as a root touch-up and toner for established platinum clients. Hair services include cuts with or without a blow dry, bang trims, kids cuts, men's cuts, blowouts (including a blowout with extensions), updos and keratin treatment.

Dreadlock work includes detox, maintenance, temporary loc move-ups, temporary loc installs, and partial and full dreadlock installations. Wool dreadlocks are also sold for use as temporary braid-in or looped-in locs. Extension services cover sew-in and tape-in extensions and removal. Makeup, bridal hair and makeup (with a free consultation), and 30- and 60-minute teeth whitening sessions are also offered.

Booking has a few set requirements. Dreadlock maintenance and installations start with a consultation, and installations require a deposit of $150 for a partial install or $300 for a full install. Teeth whitening requires teeth to be cleaned beforehand. A 40% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
