Vino Salon Studios is an LLC that leases private salon studios in Boca Raton and Coral Springs. The studios are offered to licensed hair, nail, skin care and massage specialists. The aim is to give beauty professionals a professional setting in which to build their own brand, serve clients and grow a business, as an alternative to a room in a shared suite or a group salon.

The business is locally owned and managed personally by Chuck and Susan, who bring decades of retail experience to the way the studios are run.

Tenants set their own hours and choose which days they work, with access to their studio at any time. They keep what they earn, pay no chair rental or commission, and decide their own services and prices. A single weekly lease payment covers everything, including utilities and common area upkeep, and no startup investment is needed because the studios come equipped. Tenants bring their own tools and retail products. One-year and longer lease options are available.

Studios come in several sizes, and some are two-person suites for sharing. Each suite has a styling station, a Takara Belmont Libra hydraulic styling chair, a Takara Belmont Liberty shampoo unit, retail shelving, a tilt-out tool panel, electrical outlets, personal cabinetry and a large styling mirror. Some have large windows that bring in natural light. Studios have keyless 24/7 entry and lockable doors, and can be wired for phone and cable. Shared spaces include a break room with a microwave, refrigerator and sink, a washer and dryer, vending machines, soft seating for waiting clients, and free parking in front. Tenants may decorate their studios, and a TV can be added as an option. Tenants can sell their own retail products and use their own business name, which the business lists on its website along with their website, social media and contact details. A front-entry TV displays each tenant's name, studio number, services and walk-in availability. The business can also help tenants build a website. The business offers independent studios where tenants run their own businesses on their own terms, with the operating costs bundled into one weekly payment.
