Keratin and texturing work is a large part of the menu. ProAddiction is a keratin system that is free of formaldehyde and can be used for any degree of straightening, from fully straight to a smoothing option that reduces frizz. The salon says results can last up to six months and that treatments can be repeated as hair grows out. Other texturing options include Brazilian blowouts, Olaplex treatments, hair Botox and permanent beach waves.

Extensions are offered to women of all ages for thinning hair, added body and length. Tape-ins are pre-taped wefts placed between natural hair that can be removed and reused, and the salon says installation can take as little as 30 minutes. i-Tip extensions are attached with a metal cylinder and last two to four months before being moved up and re-clamped. Kertain Bond extensions are bonded with keratin and placed in rows, and Great Lengths uses an invisible bonding system.

Bridal hair and makeup are done on-site for brides, bridal parties and wedding guests, with wedding trials available before the day. Flower girls receive free makeup or hair. The salon also travels to clients for bridal work; those clients are asked to call for pricing. Wedding event styling includes engagement photo looks, engagement party styling, bachelorette photo styling and bridal shower pamper parties.

The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Parking includes two-hour spots out front and spots behind the building. Clients who are not satisfied with a hair service are asked to contact the salon within one week; the salon will assess the concern and try to make it right. The salon does not refund money for products or services. Woman's cuts start at $95 and men's cuts start at $45.
