Before a new loc install, the salon requires a consultation, which is $50 and lasts 30 minutes. A $300 nonrefundable deposit applies to Sisterlocks installations, and Sisterlocks pricing starts at 4 inches for $899, rising with each additional inch of length. Traditional starter locs using interlocking start at $300 and take about 180 minutes. Virtual Sisterlock and Microloc consultations are also offered for clients who cannot come in person.

Beyond locs, the menu includes knotless braids in several sizes, Boho Fulani braids, tree braids, crochet braids, full sew-ins, two-strand and flat twists starting at $85, and a Silk Press experience. Timeless Tone gray coverage is offered for women and men. Little Swann is the children's line, covering natural styles, shampoos, trims, deep conditioning, oil and hydration treatments.

Personalized loc service plans are available for detox, steam and ozone treatments, shampooing, styling and pruning. The salon also offers a Daddy-Daughter Hair Care Class and a Microlocs training class for professionals, with dates not yet set.

Hours are Wednesday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with the salon closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Booking is available online or by phone at 214-680-5138. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
