Sugaring is the core service. The studio describes its method as removing hair in the direction of growth, which it says reduces breakage and irritation. Treatments range from fine facial hair and thicker lower-face growth to arms, legs, back, abdomen, bikini and Brazilian areas, and men's arms, back, chest, abdomen and upper body. The Baby Bump service pairs abdomen sugaring with a jelly mask. Pregnant clients may book, and those with a high-risk pregnancy or complications are advised to check with a healthcare provider first.
New clients can book a Newbie Brazilian or bikini appointment, which includes a consultation, aftercare education and aftercare essentials. Clients who book every eight weeks or less can book Brazilian maintenance, while those who have gone eight weeks or longer since their last removal can book a Brazilian Reset.
Before an appointment, hair should be about one-quarter inch long, which is roughly three or more weeks of growth after shaving, so clients should not shave in between visits. Skin should be clean and free of lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, sunscreen and self-tanner, with exfoliation 48 hours ahead but not on the day of service. For the first 24 hours afterward, the studio advises avoiding pools, hot tubs, saunas, direct sun, tanning beds and heavily fragranced products, then exfoliating two to three times a week with a moisturizer.
Booking requires a non-refundable fee, and intake and consent forms must be completed before an appointment is confirmed. Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead are free, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Menstruation is not accepted as a reason for a same-day cancellation or no-show. Only the booked client may be inside the studio, and a 10-minute grace period applies; services end at the scheduled time and full price applies to late arrivals. Listed prices are starting rates that can vary with hair density, amount of growth, area size and added time or product. Packages are available for Brazilian maintenance and for half and full leg sugaring, with sessions pre-booked three to four weeks apart and no expiration. Gift certificates are offered in fixed amounts and in custom amounts from $10 to $1,000.
