Lash extensions are the core of the menu, from refills and fills on existing sets to volume full sets and strip lash full sets. Full sets are shaped to each client's eye shape and preferred style. Volume full sets and strip lash full sets are reserved for new clients or people coming from another lash extension provider, and clients who already have another artist's work can book an Other Tech's Work refill. Prices differ by location; a Volume Full Set is listed at $175 in Lancaster, and a Signature Volume Strip Lash Full Set is listed at $210 in Mesa.

Before a full set, a short consultation looks at the health of the client's natural lashes and their eye shape. New clients complete the lash consent form after booking. A consent form for lash extensions and waxing is also available on the forms page.

Booking carries a few firm rules. Each appointment requires a nonrefundable booking fee that is credited toward services. That fee is forfeited for arriving 15 minutes late, for a no-show, or for a last-minute cancellation, and another fee is needed to book again. Appointments can be changed with 24 hours' notice, and a credit card is required to book online.

Full sets are customized to each client's eye shape and preferred style, and a short consultation checks lash health and eye shape before any full set is booked.
