Services are grouped into haircuts, color, styling, treatments, packages, consultations and combos. Men's and women's cuts start at $60 and take about an hour, with fades and style cuts included. Shampoo is optional, and a rough dry and quick style are part of the cut. Children up to age 12 can book a cut from $40, and beard work covers lineup, tidy trims and smooth removal. Bang trims between haircuts start at $15.
For color, options run from root touch-ups and single process color to partial highlights, balayage and color correction, which starts at $400 and takes about four hours. The One Price, The Works combo pairs any color with a cut and a blowout in one sitting, from $300 for about four hours. Gloss and toner can refresh color, blend grays or adjust tone.
Visits can be shaped around the guest. Before an appointment, clients can choose amenities, audio and snacks, and can request extra privacy. The salon does not photograph or record guests for social media. It describes itself as tip free, with complete pricing and no tips added at the end of a visit.
Packages are paid in full at purchase and have no expiration date. The Root Refresh 5-Pack and Stay Sharp for Men packages cover five visits, and the Blow Out pack covers four. Refund requests within 30 days of purchase receive a refund of unused services, and partly used packages are refunded for the unused remainder at the discounted per-visit price. After 30 days, refunds are limited to cases required by law or where the salon cannot provide the remaining services. Visits and purchases also earn rewards toward free and discounted services, including for arriving on time and leaving reviews.
The work centers on precision and simplicity, with respect for natural hair. Haircuts are cut dry and shaped to each client.
