Appointments are the norm: the salon is open by appointment on Mondays and Sundays, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday through Friday, and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. A credit card is required to secure every appointment except consultations, which are complimentary.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and some stylists ask for 48 hours. Cancelling with less notice incurs a fee of half the reserved appointment, and no-shows are charged the full service amount; same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows. Clients generally have a 10-minute grace period for lateness, after which a service may be shortened or the appointment rescheduled with a cancellation fee. Service concerns should be raised within 5 days of the appointment for adjustment, and later issues are reviewed case by case. Retail products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for salon credit that applies to products only, as retail products are not refunded.
