Aisha developed Summer Rayne after years of researching and testing ingredients for sensitive skin. The aim was to offer good-quality products at a lower cost than many alternatives.

The product line is built to feel pleasant to use while also being good for the skin, with a focus on sensitive and problematic skin types. The online shop offers skin care and body products, including sugar scrubs, body butters and body oils, plus soaps and Glymed Plus products used in treatments.

A visit usually starts with a consultation. The Let's Talk Skin appointment includes an in-depth skin analysis using a Skin Scope with simulated daylight and LED-UV modes to look at visible concerns and underlying damage. The facial type for LED and Teenage Therapy appointments is chosen after that consultation. Clients who book a service after a consultation have the consultation fee applied to their balance. Virtual consultations are also available; they don't include the Skin Scope, and the form is completed after booking.

Booking requires a $50 deposit that goes toward the service balance. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and clients who arrive 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled. Clients are asked to arrive at their appointment time rather than early. Consent and health forms are used for treatments, including a parent consent form for minors.

Products are made to be pleasant to use and good for the skin, with a focus on sensitive and problematic skin.
