A visit starts with a consultation, which covers a skin assessment, a discussion of concerns, and what is best left alone. The consultation ends with a suggested order of treatments and their cost. Cost is quoted only after the skin has been assessed and depends on the area and the number of sessions needed. The consultation fee is credited toward the first treatment. Consultations and aftercare instructions are available in English and Chinese.
The injectable range includes neurotoxins from the botulinum toxin type A family (Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin), used for frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet and excessive sweating, including underarm treatment. Results from neurotoxins appear over two to five days and can last up to about four months, and effects can be reviewed at two weeks if adjustments are needed. Hyaluronic acid fillers treat the cheeks and midface, temples, tear trough, chin and jawline, nose and lips; they show right away with a few days of swelling and last six to eighteen months depending on the area. Biostimulators Sculptra and Radiesse are given as a short series and build the body's own collagen over several months. Kybella is offered for fat under the chin, usually across several sessions spaced weeks apart. PRP treatments, a PRP facelift, PDO threads and skin boosters are also on the menu.
Energy-based treatments cover tightening and lifting with XERF, Ultherapy, Thermage CPT and Potenza RF microneedling, along with laser and light options such as Clarity II hair removal, BB fractional laser, IPL photofacial, PicoSure tattoo removal and Q-switched laser. Skin health services include chemical peels, facials, HydraFacial MD, a scalp treatment, LED light therapy, microneedling, PRX Derm Perfection and semi-permanent makeup. Body contouring and anti-ageing options include Emsculpt, Emsella, S Energy, IV therapy and vitamin therapy. The business notes that the evidence for most cosmetic and wellness claims about IV vitamins is limited, and clients are screened before IV therapy.
Clients can try a simulated look on their own face with an online AI preview that starts from a selfie. The selfie a client submits feeds that preview and nothing else, and it is not held once the preview is made.
The business describes its approach as considered and tailored to each client's features and goals.
