Tenants receive business mentorship, marketing and community support. Suites are limited, so the business keeps a waitlist and invites professionals to inquire about joining.
Several tenants offer loc and braid work. Services include Barrel Luxe Locs, Island Locs, Luxe Nu Locs, Mini Locs, Raw Jah Locs and Virgin Miracle Knots, along with loc takedowns and full-head loc touch-ups. Prices run from $100 for a takedown to $600 for waist-length Raw Jah Locs, and installs usually take between four and six and a half hours.
Hair extensions are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. Unopened, unused products and materials can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, with the buyer covering return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 days after returned items arrive. Products ship by USPS, usually within 3 days of ordering and taking 3 to 5 days in transit.
