Hair work covers haircuts, loc services such as retwists, repairs, detox and interlocking, braids and weaves, silk presses, flat ironing, shampoo and style services, and loc installs ranging from starter locs to microloc installs with extensions. Brow services include shaping, tinting, microshading and microshading touch-ups. Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume sets and fills.
Booking requires a deposit, and deposits are non-refundable. Appointments are not held until the deposit is received. Missed appointments carry fees: a no-call no-show is charged the full price of the booked service to the card on file, and late cancellations on the same day incur a 25% fee. The salon states it does not offer refunds. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment, and Cash App and Zelle are accepted.
