The menu is entirely hair. Protective styles include traditional sew-ins, frontal and closure installs, quickweaves, Boho Fulani braids, passion twists and crochet styles. Natural hair work covers locs, starter locs for children and adults, loc retwists and loc detox. Styling options include silk presses, blowouts, roller sets, flexi rod sets and curls. Color services include demi and semi-permanent color, root touch-ups, toning and foil highlights, and treatments include steam, protein, deep conditioning, a scalp facial and a relaxer alternative.

Booking is done online through Square. A $20 deposit is due at booking, paid through PayPal or Cash App, and the appointment is canceled if the deposit is not sent within 35 minutes. The deposit is non-refundable but is taken off the service price on the day. Some services need hair supplied ahead of time: wigs for closure and frontal installs come 48 hours before the appointment, and wigs for coloring or toning come four days before with payment in advance. Clients bringing their own hair are asked for specific pack counts for certain styles, such as two packs for a basic quickweave and three for Boho Fulani braids.

For coloring or toning, one correction may be offered within three days of the original service, scheduled around stylist availability, though immediate corrections cannot be guaranteed. Full color changes or multiple applications requested by the client are not eligible for a refund. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Saturday the longest day, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
