Its practitioners, called Sugarologists, go through a structured training program that can take up to two years and moves from Novice to Master Sugarologist. Each level includes mentoring and testing on skills and knowledge.

Sugaring is the core of the menu. The paste is made from sugar, lemon and water and kept below body temperature. It is applied by hand in a gloved technique that lifts hair from the root in the direction of growth, which the spa distinguishes from sugar waxing done with strips against the grain. Services cover the face, upper body and lower body, from a quick upper lip to full legs and a full back, with separate pricing for first-time and maintenance visits. The spa does not remove hair from eyelashes or the deep inner ear. It suggests visits every two to three weeks for the fastest lasting reduction and offers a maintenance program with visits generally every four to six weeks.

Skin care is built on Authentic Aesthetics products, a clean and natural line used across all skin services. Custom facials run 30, 60 or 75 minutes. LED light therapy in blue and red can be added to a facial or booked alone, and it takes place in a dedicated Glow Room. Other options include a microcurrent firming treatment, a Skin Classic spot treatment and a Back to Basics facial. Lash tints, described as semi-permanent mascara, are also offered.

Pricing is tiered by Sugarologist level. Clients can choose a less experienced practitioner at a lower price or a Master Sugarologist, and booking shows which options are available for the chosen service, day and time. Not every level performs every service, since advanced work requires more training and experience. Brazilian services are booked according to current anatomy, because training is specific to each type. Appointments can be individual or group, and memberships, packages and gift cards are available through online booking. The spa aims to serve all clients regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation and says it honors each client's gender identity in every interaction.

Appointments need 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged 50 percent of the service cost and no-shows 100 percent; the same policy covers memberships, training and same-day changes to prebooked services. Credit cards are kept on file and used only for last-minute cancellations and memberships. For a first visit, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice, though clients who wax or sugar regularly can come in with hair as short as 1 mm. Avoid lotions or oils on the day of the appointment, and skip exfoliating the area the day before, the day of and the day after. Wait at least two weeks after Botox or filler before sugaring injected areas, and ask about a patch test if you are on antibiotics, within two weeks of stopping them, or within two weeks of a vaccine. The spa treats sugaring as a root-level method that works along the direction of growth, done by hand with a gloved technique, and places client education among its core values. Skin care uses botanical ingredients and corneotherapeutic principles, with the aim of letting the skin work well rather than harming it to force an improvement.
