Chandra, the esthetician who founded the studio, runs it alone, and the studio has partnered with Geneo for Glo2Facial since 2018. Clients have built a loyal following over roughly the last ten years.

Sugaring is made from sugar, water and lemon juice, which the studio describes as organic, all natural, sanitary and gentle. New clients booking a Brazilian with Chandra are seen Wednesday through Friday, and Saturday bookings are asked to move to another day. Brazilian clients are given privacy before the appointment to freshen the treated area, and a 15-minute Brazilian maintenance visit is offered for clients four to six weeks from their last hair removal. Warm essential oil-soaked towels are provided afterward.

Skin care services include Hydrafacial in several tiers, Glo2Facial by Geneo, the Epicutis treatment, LED therapy and personalized treatments. The studio says Glo2Facial combines three technologies with seven customizations aimed at concerns such as acne, wrinkles, pigmentation and texture. Hydrafacial boosters are serums with ingredients such as vitamins, antioxidants and hyaluronic acid, and the studio pairs them with several serum brands. The studio says Hydrafacial has a following built around its patented technology.

The studio is appointment only, with a reminder sent 72 hours before each visit. Clients can earn points toward a free appointment, and complimentary add-ons and gifts with purchase are offered through the year. Texting is preferred over voicemail, and texts are best sent during business hours. The studio has a small onsite parking lot that fills quickly, with metered street parking on nearby blocks.

The studio describes its approach to beauty expectations as realistic, and the goal is a calm, private visit for every client.
