Massage is the core of the menu. A 60-minute full-body massage is shaped around each client's preferences and goals after a short consultation, and it is offered with Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point techniques, with aromatherapy and hot towels included. A 45-minute back, neck and shoulder massage is also offered, along with a gentle lymphatic drainage style of work. A 90-minute prenatal massage is performed in side-lying or face-down positions supported by body pillows, by a therapist the site describes as prenatal certified. A Muscle Recovery LED and Massage appointment pairs a 30-minute LED panel session with a 90-minute massage.

The facial menu starts with the Bliss Custom Facial, a one-hour personalized treatment that uses iS Clinical and Epicutis products. Hydrafacial options are built on patented Vortex-Fusion technology and range from a signature 45-minute version to a platinum version with lymphatic drainage, LED light therapy and a Restore booster. The business offers Diamond Glow, a diamond-tipped exfoliation and serum facial, as its pregnancy-safe option, and notes that Hydrafacial is not recommended during pregnancy. Clients are asked to stop retinol and other active products three to five days before a Hydrafacial. Microcurrent treatments use Neurotris low-level currents on the facial muscles, and dermaplaning removes dead skin and fine vellus hair with a blade, though it may not suit some active breakouts.
