The menu centers on the HydraFacial family, which is applied with a device rather than by hand and moves through cleansing, extraction and hydration. Options range from a 40-minute Signature treatment to a 90-minute Glass Slipper version with an oxygen dome, and there are body and scalp applications plus add-ons for the eyes and lips. Other facials include Glo2Facial, a treatment that pairs oxygen with targeted serums and is designed for oily, acne-prone skin, and JetPeel, which uses pressurized air to cleanse, hydrate and deliver nutrients. A visit typically starts with a free 15-minute consultation. Facial treatments are performed by licensed master aestheticians, and each one is adjusted to the client's skin needs. Bespoke Facials begin with a gentle cleanse and a detailed skin analysis, then combine steaming, massage and masks chosen for that analysis. Chemical peel appointments also open with a consultation to pick the right peel for the client's skin type and concerns.

Memberships are the studio's main ongoing option. GLO GETTER costs $250 per month and lets members choose one facial from a set list, and FULL GLO costs $295 per month with its own list of facials. Members receive 10% off add-ons and skincare, a free birthday add-on, exclusive event savings and a $35 referral credit, and plans require a three-month commitment. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, closed Sunday, and because appointment times vary, the studio advises calling ahead at (619) 323-1721.
