Services are grouped into brows, lashes, sugaring, waxing and makeup. Brow lamination sets brow hairs upward and lasts up to 5 weeks, with options to add a tint or a shape. Lash treatments include a keratin lash lift with a conditioning treatment, a gentler Korean lash lift, and lash tinting with conditioning, with or without a lift. Lash tint works best on blonde to brown lashes.

Hair removal is split between sugaring and waxing. Sugaring uses a paste of sugar, lemon juice and water that is removed in the direction of hair growth, and it is kept for the most delicate areas. Every sugaring service can also be booked as a wax. Larger body areas are waxed with a gentle strip wax, and bikini areas use an Italian stripless hard wax. Facial waxing is not offered to clients who use Retin-A, Accutane, retinol, tretinoin or chemical exfoliators.

Makeup is offered in the studio or on location. In-studio special event makeup runs one hour, and bridal makeup runs 90 minutes and includes skin prep, lashes and a touch-up kit. Bridal clients who want on-location service in San Francisco need to book a bridal trial in the studio first. The date is held for 7 days after the trial, and reserving it requires a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract. The balance is due 7 days before the event.

Bookings are made online through the business's booking page. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100 or a custom amount, and aftercare products can be picked up locally or shipped free.
