Booking runs on a card on file. A credit or debit card secures every appointment, and a booking without one is not confirmed. Clients get a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged the full booked amount, and reschedules within 48 hours may be charged. Same-day changes count as cancellations and need a new booking. Services declined on the day may still be charged, and a menstrual cycle does not exempt a client from the policy; a menstrual cup or tampon may be worn during bikini and Brazilian services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $75, $100, $125 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
