Bookings are made through an online GlossGenius page. Packages bought in advance apply their remaining credits automatically at checkout when booking through the Services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations incur a 50% late-cancellation fee, and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
The studio is open Tuesday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 12 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.
Bleaching is a four-step professional treatment, typically recommended one to two times per week until the desired result is reached.
