A complimentary aftercare kit comes with each new lash set.
Between full sets, clients can book refills for Classic, 3D, 6D and 9D styles, priced by the number of weeks since the new set. A refill within 3 days of a new set is free, and paid refills are available from one week up to four weeks. Bottom lash extensions and add-ons such as Wispy, Hybrid, YY Lash, Real Mink and Color are offered, and lash removal is available as an add-on.
The studio also offers lash lift and tint, brow lamination, which the salon describes as a way to set brows into shape for a fuller, neater look, and a range of facials and waxing. Facials use professional Dermalogica formulas, and members receive 20% off Dermalogica skin care products. Before lash services, an allergy patch test is recommended at least 48 hours ahead, and clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and mention any skin sensitivities or allergies around the eyes. After a set, the aftercare guidance advises avoiding water and steam for the first 24 hours, oily cosmetics and eyelash curlers.
The salon describes its lash extensions as designed to fit each client's eyes, routine and desired look.
