Sugaring covers the face, lip, chin, brows, underarms, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas, along with men's chest, back and legs. The business says the paste is applied lukewarm and should not burn the skin, that it sticks mainly to dead skin cells which it believes makes it less painful than traditional waxing, and that regrowth can come back finer and lighter, with some hairs not returning. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, and waiting about two weeks after shaving is suggested. Clients are asked not to shave between treatments, and sugaring every three to six weeks is suggested for the bikini area.

Facials run from a 30-minute Glow and Go Express at $70 to a 90-minute Deluxe Anti-Aging treatment at $185, according to the listed prices. A 45-minute Teen Facial is listed at $75, and a 75-minute customized facial with LED light and extended massage is listed at $145. The one-hour Customized Facial is not listed with a price on the facials page. LED light therapy is a $20 add-on. The red setting is described as aimed at fine lines, sun damage, stretch marks and redness, and the green setting as aimed at hyper-pigmentation spots and calming redness. Oxygen treatment applies pressurized oxygen infused with antioxidants and vitamins.

Listed hours are Sunday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and Thursday 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with Friday and Saturday closed. Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 12 hours ahead. No-call, no-show appointments are charged 50% of the reserved services, up to a maximum of $50, with exceptions for emergencies.

Treatments centre on sugaring and facials, using products chosen to be free of parabens, synthetic fragrance and sulfates.
