Sugaring paste is made from sugar, lemon and water, and the salon says it contains no chemicals and leaves no residue. It is applied by hand at room temperature, against the direction of hair growth, and lifted with a quick flick. A portion of paste is used for one client only. The salon says sugaring tends to be gentler and longer lasting than waxing, can help reduce ingrown hairs and can lead to a lasting reduction in hair growth, though results vary. Its paste is also described as hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. For a first visit, hair should be at least 5mm long, roughly the length of a grain of rice, and trimmers are available for longer hair, with an extra 5 minutes booked when needed.

The facial menu includes custom, anti-aging, microdermabrasion, chemical peel and Skin Detox Hydrafacial options, plus a BumBum facial, a men's facial and a teen facial for ages 11 to 18. Add-ons include dermaplaning, high frequency, a Hydrojelly or clay mask, scalp massage and microdermabrasion. Peels can be booked as a single session or as a series of four or six. The vajacial services include a classic vajacial and a Pink Enzyme Vajacial, which can only be done one week after a Brazilian. Lash lifts are also offered.

Booking can be done online at any time, and some appointments can be made by phone or email. Clients may request a specific sugarist depending on availability, and cancellations are made by calling the salon or sending an email. Clients are asked not to exfoliate the sugared area one to two days before and after an appointment, and to wait 24 hours after hair removal before friction or sweating. Sugaring is not recommended within 48 hours of a spray tan, one month after retinoid cream, or six months after Accutane. It is not performed on the scalp, beard or inner ears. Rebooking every three to six weeks is recommended. Payment is by credit card or cash, tipping is optional and goes entirely to the sugarist, and gift cards are available online.

Hair is removed with a sugar, lemon and water paste applied by hand at room temperature, with a fresh portion used for each client.
