Color and blonding are a large part of the hair menu. An all-over color covers regrowth or gray or deepens the shade, and it is not a lightening service; it is usually refreshed every four to six weeks. Gloss adds shine and tone to natural or color-treated hair and is often booked between color and blonding visits. Blonding ranges from mini blonding, which brightens mainly around the face, to partial and full blonding, and to hand-painted balayage for a natural, lived-in look. Partial blonding and partial balayage refresh existing color, and blonding maintenance is usually needed every eight to twelve weeks. Cuts, clipper cuts and blowouts are also offered, and all cutting and color services include a blowout. Most color, blonding, treatment and extension services come with a take-home hair care product. Skin care starts with a custom facial of about 60 minutes that begins with a skin analysis, or a shorter express dermaplane facial of about 35 minutes that uses a sterile medical-grade blade. Facial add-ons, which are only added to a facial and are not sold on their own, include dermaplaning, enzyme treatments, chemical peels, high frequency or red light therapy, extended massage and extractions, a hydro jelly mask and scalp massage. Body waxing covers the face, lip and chin, underarms, arms, legs, chest, back, bikini and Brazilian areas. Brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash tinting and lash lifts are also available.

Spray tanning uses Ivy Glow solutions customized to each client's skin tone, applied with a prep spray. Signature Ivy Glow is made with natural and naturally derived ingredients and gives a traditional tan that develops over eight to twelve hours, with the full twelve hours recommended before rinsing for the deepest color. Rapid Ivy Glow uses the same kind of ingredients and dries quickly, with a rinse window of one to five hours depending on the depth wanted. Bridal Ivy Glow is a clear rapid formula without bronzer, so it does not transfer to white attire, and it comes with a post-tan spray that helps the tan last. The salon suggests booking a tan 24 to 72 hours before an event, waxing one to three days before because waxing removes tan, and shaving, waxing and exfoliating at least 24 hours before while showering at least three hours before. Disposable thongs are available, and tanning packages suit frequent clients. The salon says its team has trained with celebrity spray tan artists and taken well-known spray tan courses, and it promises a streak-free, smooth, bronzy glow for clients who follow pre-care instructions.
