The salon lists memberships and a free skin consultation, which begins with an online form covering skin type, concerns and history.

The facial menu is built around Environ products, and the salon states it is an approved distributor of Environ. Facials are grouped by concern: sensitive skin or rosacea, acne or problematic skin, hydration, and anti-aging. The Environ Anti-Aging Facial is a 55-minute treatment with vitamin C for sun-damaged and mature skin, priced at $187, and a lactic or TCA peel done with Environ products is offered for $100. Add-ons include a peel for $22 and an upgrade to the DF facial for $27.50. The Anti-Aging Massage combines an Environ facial with massage over 75 minutes for $181.50.

Skin treatments include PlasmaMD skin tightening, a handheld plasma device for laxity, texture and fine lines around the eyes and mouth, with a minimum cost of $330 that depends on the extent of treatment. Clients can expect redness or swelling for a few days and small marks that heal over time, and an aftercare kit is provided. A twelve-week healing period is required before an already treated area can be treated again. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, costs $385 for one roller on one area in a 75-minute session, and four to six treatments per year are recommended. Fusion 8 skin tightening, Cool Jet Face with Environ, and mesotherapy are also on the menu.

Lash and brow services are a separate strand of the menu, with an IB Brow Bar. Options include an LVL lash lift with tint for $120, which takes about 70 minutes with a $20 deposit, eyelash tinting for $40, laminated brows for $100 with a $20 deposit, eyebrow tinting, henna brows and a hybrid brow stain. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest and stomach, and intimate areas. The salon uses its own wax, IB Waxed, which is formulated by the owner for sensitive skin, alongside the Ireland Beauty Wax line it distributes. A strict non-double-dipping rule applies to waxing.

The salon says it puts clients first and uses only products the owner would use on her own skin. Staff are required to keep up continual training to work there.
