Facials and skincare treatments are the center of the work, and the menu also includes waxing, brow and lash tinting, a lash lift and a set of add-on treatments. The business describes itself as one of the best-priced places in town.

The studio is in the Gallery of Salons inside the former Northcross Mall at 2525 West Anderson Lane, and shares the building with Chaparral Ice, Go Dance, Guitar Center and a First Watch restaurant. Services are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. On arrival, clients text 512-784-2347, then complete an intake form about their skin and goals; the esthetician may ask follow-up questions depending on the service. Tipping is welcome but not required.

Chemical peels are offered mainly from fall through early spring, with only gentle peels done in summer. Each peel is followed by a post-peel facial about 12 to 15 days later, which takes about an hour. Packages of three or six peels include the same number of post-peel facials, and the six-peel package includes home care, while the three-peel package requires buying home care.

Eminence Organics products are sold in the studio and can be shipped online through a link on the site. A separate online shop carries Rhonda Allison products, and gift cards can be purchased on the site. Waxing clients who use retinol, RetinA, other vitamin A products or antibiotics, or who had a peel in the last 7 days, are asked to reschedule, and clients must be off Accutane for six months before waxing.

Treatments start from an intake about each client's skin and goals, and the facial menu is built around the Eminence Organics lines.
