Extensions are a major part of the business. A hand-tied install is preceded by a 45-minute consultation covering length, color matching and a price quote, and that consultation is charged at $15 and is non-refundable. Installs are custom placed and blended. Between installs, clients can book one-, two- or three-row maintenance visits, recommended every six to eight weeks, that include a wash, blowout and extension move-up, and a short bead fix can tighten a bead or corner in between.

The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and closed Thursday and Sunday. No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Gift cards come in $100, $150, $200 and $300 amounts or a custom figure, and gift card sales are final.
