Color work is built around hair health. Every color service includes a K18 treatment. Vivid Color services add a Virtue Color Kick keratin treatment, OKARA oil with soybean extracts from Rene Furterer and an Olaplex bonding treatment, along with take-home care from Matrix's Keep Me Vivid Total Results line.

Hair extensions come from Great Lengths and Bellami, with more than 50 shades. Methods include hot fusion, tape-in, K-tip, I-tip, volume weft, hand-tied weft and clip-in. Pricing is set at consultation, and a $50 non-refundable charging fee applies on the day of an install. The salon added airbrush makeup and these two extension brands in 2017.

Bridal and event updos are offered as trial sessions, in-salon appointments or off-site services. The salon also sells privately owned product lines in hair care, skin care, makeup and body care through its shop.

Hair health is treated as the first priority in color work, with protective treatments included in each color service.
