New clients book a basic consultation first. The 20-minute consultation costs $45 and that cost is credited toward a booking made afterward. The salon is open Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and is closed the rest of the week. Services after 6 PM carry an after-hours surcharge starting at $25, and squeeze-ins or appointments on the stylist's day off carry a $100 surcharge. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Braid work covers cornrows from $25, box or knotless braids from $50, and large waist-length braids from $275, where clients may bring prestretched hair. Crochet braids start at $160 and include shampoo, deep conditioning and a cornrow foundation. Kinky, passion and BF loc twists start at $275 and take about 380 minutes. Removal services are available for box braids, crochet braids and sew-ins. Pricing for braids depends on style, size and complexity, with extensions and feed-ins as options.

Color services range from semi-permanent color at $65, which lasts up to 10 shampoos, to demi-permanent color at $125, which is recommended for grey coverage. Highlights start at $200 with foil and weaving, slicing or chunking techniques, and highlights with lowlights in two colors start at $275. Pre-lightening starts at $75 and is done before permanent or semi-permanent color. Extensions begin with single bonded tracks from $25 and include quick weaves from $175, partial sew-ins from $200 and full sew-ins from $350. Custom wigs and units start at $525 with a $100 deposit, and completion takes about a week.
