Every service is shaped around the individual client. Pricing reflects the time, product and level of customization a particular result needs, so the listed prices are starting points rather than fixed rates.

Color is the heart of the menu. Options include root touch-ups on regrowth, solid all-over color, face-framing brightness around the hairline, partial balayage through the top of the hair, and full dimensional balayage in either a lived-in or bolder finish. A balayage ombre adds brightness and fullness from mid-lengths down for a melted effect, an all-over babylights blonding service is available, and a blonding service can be toned in a vivid shade such as pink, purple or blue. Toner and gloss treatments remove unwanted tones and add shine to hair that is already lightened. Cuts and blow-dry styling are offered too, and extensions are arranged after a consultation.

New clients book through a New Client Form, and returning clients use a separate booking option. Full balayage and highlight services usually take four hours or more and cannot be booked after 2pm unless the stylist requests otherwise; toner, color and cuts can be booked before or after 2pm.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged 25% of the booked service. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may have the appointment cancelled or shortened to fit the time allotted. Refunds are not offered, but a client who is unhappy can request a free adjustment within 72 hours, limited to the original service and excluding blow-dry and style; requests made after 72 hours are charged.

Each service is customized to the client, and pricing follows the time, product and customization a given result requires.
