Bang trims are a dry cut without shampoo, conditioning or styling. Color services include a consultation, color, shampoo, conditioning and a blow dry style, and prices vary by stylist and the scope of the service. Starting prices run from 143 dollars for a base color to 349 dollars for a Brazilian Blowout, which varies by hair length. Color correction, double process and fashion colors are priced after consultation.
Extensions are offered in several techniques, and a complimentary consultation determines the type and price. Clients are taught how to care for their extensions and are given recommended products. Extensions require a 50 percent non-refundable deposit. Bridal services include custom packages for the bride or a larger bridal party, with a day rate available on request. The salon will travel to clients for bridal services when needed, and additional travel fees may apply.
Bookings are guaranteed with a credit card, and Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Cancellations must be made by phone within 24 hours of the appointment, or 50 percent of the service cost is charged. Services completed at the salon are non-refundable. Complimentary fixes are offered within 7 days when the product prescription is taken home for aftercare, and unused, unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Online appointment requests are generally answered within an hour during business hours and within 24 to 48 hours outside them.
