New color clients book a 30-minute consultation first for $25, which goes toward the color service and is non-refundable. Balayage, lived-in looks and all-over color refreshes are priced at $70 per hour, with a 480-minute session starting at $130. Color correction, box color removal and vivid shades are priced at $80 per hour, starting at $160. Both include K18 hair protection and the first bowl of color, with extra bowls at $10 each. For grey, a semi grey blend softens grey without fully covering it and lasts about three to five weeks, while gloss or express grey coverage refreshes balayage or highlights, reduces brassiness and lasts up to six weeks with at-home care. A gloss between balayage sessions brightens blonde.
Haircuts range from quick clipper and scissor cuts to shoulder-length and longer styles, with separate pricing for clients 55 and up and for children 12 and under. Fades come in zero, skin and tapper for younger clients, and low, mid, high or skin for adults. A hot towel neck shave is optional on several cuts, and a beard trim with hot towel is available with a clipper or scissor cut. Early or late appointments outside regular hours are possible for an added $15 fee.
Booking requires a card on file, which confirms agreement to the cancellation policy. Haircut, beard and wax appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, and color appointments need at least 48 hours. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Redo requests must be made within 7 days of the service. Payment can be made in person, or through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval before the appointment. Refunds are not given for services or products. Military and first responders can ask about a discount, and gift cards are available.
Hair health comes first when a style is changed, and new color clients are consulted before any color service.
