The 15-minute visit costs nothing and is used to talk through what the client wants from their hair. Blonding is often planned across several visits: the business notes that a full balayage shows most of its effect after about three sessions, and a partial balayage can take three or more sessions to reach a bright blonde. Between full blonding appointments, a face frame and root melt uses foils around the face and nape.
The color menu ranges from root shadows, which cover the line left by foils or add depth to the crown, and gloss-toners that brighten blonde shades, deepen brunettes or correct unwanted tones, to grey blending. Grey blending uses a demi-permanent base with foils to blend grey into blonde or cool a shade. Custom color options include foilayage, teasy lights, baby lights, slices and weaves, and color correction is individualized for each client, starting at $100 per hour.
Family color service is priced per family member, and an extra $5 per service applies when more than three colors are used. Children's cuts include a shampoo, blow-dry and style, and a family haircut and blow-dry option is also available.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and customers must be approved before their appointment. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to notify the business as soon as possible to reschedule. A $20 late fee applies, and a $50 fee applies to no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Services are built around each client's goals, starting with a consultation to discuss their vision and hair goals. Blonding is planned over multiple sessions where the result calls for it.
