A visit often begins with a consultation, a 20-minute session where the stylist talks through hair goals and sets out a tailored plan. Several packages also include a scalp analysis as part of the appointment. Options range from short refresh services to longer experiences of around two to three hours, and first-time clients can book packages designed for a fresh start, including a first-time loc experience and a transformation experience.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that counts toward the total cost. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours of notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations need a new deposit to rebook. A 10 to 15 minute grace period may be allowed for late arrivals, depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Emergencies are handled case by case if the client gets in touch as soon as possible.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sunday.
